Transport and travel to RSSL.
By car: The Whiteknights and London Road campuses in Reading are approximately 1.5 miles from the M4 motorway. Sat nav postcode for Shinfield Road and Pepper Lane entrances: RG6 6UR. Follow directions to RSSL. Parking is available on site.
By train: Reading train station is a mainline train station and is easily accessible from most places in the UK. There are direct rail links from many major cities as well as a number of routes through London. If you are travelling from or via London, the quickest route to take is from London Paddington station.
By bus: Local buses come directly onto campus – please see www.reading-buses.co.uk for current timetables.
Laboratory Tour PPE
If you wish to attend the laboratory tour please can you ensure that you wear appropriate footwear (no open toe shoes, high heels, sandals or flip flops) and legs are covered (no skirts, shorts). Failure to wear the correct attire will mean you will not be able to attend the tour.
