Area manager for internal service (m/f/d) for international customers

Are you enthusiastic about high technology and confident in dealing with customers? According to an intensive induction programme, you can expect an exciting and varied range of tasks in an innovative company.

• Organisational support for customer projects
• Preparation and coordination of service assignments in coordination with the specialist departments
• Organising support for field service staff from other departments in the company
• Advising our customers by telephone on all aspects of service

• Completed training as a technician specialising in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, similar disciplines or a corresponding professional qualification
• Interest in new technical contexts
• Customer orientation, high motivation, ability to work in a team and quality awareness
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Very good English language skills, confident communication and documentation in an international environment
• Additional knowledge of another foreign language is a benefit, but not a requirement
