We are looking for you as

HR Officer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
  • Drafting and maintaining employment and apprenticeship contracts, addenda, references and certificates according to templates
  • Independently carrying out day-to-day HR management and administration (onboarding, checklists, notifications, etc.)
  • Providing support with applicant management (job advertisements, administrative management of applicants and correspondence, scheduling appointments)
  • Acting as the point of contact for staff and managers on administrative and organisational HR matters
  • Supporting commercial trainees (administrative support, acting as a point of contact, coordination with specialist departments and vocational schools)
  • Preparing reports, overviews and lists, and monitoring deadlines
  • Maintaining personnel files and optimising HR processes
  • Support with HR projects and special tasks
Your profile
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and at least 1–2 years’ practical experience in HR
  • Knowledge of employment law and experience in drafting job advertisements would be a benefit
  • A structured, meticulous and service-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work as part of a team, reliability and a high degree of discretion
  • A training instructor’s certificate would be a benefit
