We are looking for you as:

Service technician (m/f/d) in internal service

According to an intensive training programme, you will take over the technical support and assistance of our service technicians in the field service. You will be the central point of contact for technical issues, coordinate assignments in consultation with the specialist departments and ensure a high level of service quality.

• Support for technical questions from our service technicians in the field service and abroad via telephone and online access
• Technical preparation of service assignments on complex multisensor coordinate measuring machines
• Coordination with the specialist departments in development and production
• Coordination and prioritisation of service calls
• Preparation of instructions and other internal service documents
• Analysing recurring malfunctions and coordinating suitable measures

• Completed training as a technician in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or a comparable specialisation
• Several years of professional experience with the technology of capital goods in the field of electronics and / or mechanics.
• Good knowledge of PC and network technology, knowledge of metrology applications is a benefit but not a requirement
• Systematic thinking and ability to analyse technical contexts
• Confident demeanour, communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
